f you are not mentally fit, you feel mental stress when coping with everyday challenges. This is associated with anxiety, frustration, dissatisfaction or guilt.

In this 90-minute interactive workshop, you’ll learn:

    How you can tell that a saboteur is boycotting you.
    How to intercept and redirect your sabotaging thoughts and actions.
    10-second exercises to activate the area of your brain where your positive energy resides.

In addition, you can expect interactive exercises in small groups of 2-4 people, led by a PQ coach.
