Agenda
1. Clarifying the assignment: Creating clarity
Clients often fail to provide clear assignments. To ensure precise objectives, specific questions must be asked during the assignment clarification phase, requirements must be recorded, priorities must be set, and the project assignment must be formulated.
2. Planning: Keeping track
To manage effectively, stages and activities must be planned, effort and duration must be realistically estimated, and planning must be well documented.
3. Risk check: Acting with foresight
To avoid unexpected problems during the course of the project, risks must be identified and assessed, preventive measures defined, and contingency plans drawn up.
4. Project management: Keeping an eye on everything
For successful project management, regular maintenance intervals must be defined, the status continuously monitored, and necessary changes taken into account.
5. Leadership in projects: Motivation through leadership skills
Effective leadership is possible even without authority. If you want to encourage team members to actively participate, you must convince them through communication and cooperation.
6. Completion: Learning from mistakes
The completion of a project means not only formal acceptance, but also the opportunity to learn from experience and continuously improve.
- People and communication: Working together successfully
Successful projects are based on open and appreciative communication. It is important to nurture relationships, identify conflicts early on, and take into account the needs and perspectives of all those involved. Only through empathetic communication and active cooperation can an environment be created that supports the project goals in the long term.
